Car Rental Madrid

They have a door to door service in the delivery of the vehicle that I did not see anywhere, excellent initiative on the part of the company and regarding their fleet, they gave me a Renault Arkana that was impeccable. I asked them to deliver the car in the center of Madrid and return it at the airport, also an extra seat for my baby and for that they did not charge me any extra. The only point to note, and that is why I give it 4 stars is that they asked me to pay a fee of 150 euros for insurance (for being a foreigner - Argentina) that they told me they were going to return it to me after delivering the car. Although this was the case, they took 1 month to reimburse me that money to the bank, according to them because they had to verify that the vehicle had no fines on the day I rented it. I would have liked them to clarify this in the first instance in order to evaluate whether or not to rent with them. The €150 fee came in as a consumption on 20/05 and then as a refund on my credit card on 21/06. I say again, in case of renting with them being foreigners, take into consideration this last point. For the rest, the service was excellent.

My experience with the car rental has been excellent. The rental process was quick and easy, the vehicle was in perfect condition and the staff was very friendly and professional.
